GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products are sold online exclusively.
Prices are in Euro and the minimum order is 25.00 EUR

Plants are shipped with bare roots or, upon request and when possible, potted.
Products are exclusively sold at a retail market.
The size mentioned includes the thorns of the plant.
Once the products is shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number to follow your order.
Being perishable goods, they can not be returned.
Wherever possible, we are available to resolve any issues that may arise.

Credit card - Stripe.com
In case of payment with Stripe.com will be charged a surcharge equal to:
Italy: 1.5%
EU countries: 1.5%
rest of the world: 3%

In case of payment with Paypal will be charged a surcharge equal to:

EU countries: 4%
rest of the world: 5.5%

ORDER

To place an order, please use the form provided.
Your order will be handled as soon as possible. Please, provide your telephone number for any communication.

 

ORDER REPLY

Once you receive our order reply email, you will have one week to complete the payment.
If we do not receive the payment after one week, your plants will be available for purchase to other customers.

 

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If the plants have just been watered, they will be allowed to dry prior to shipping.
Preferably, products are shipped at the beginning of the week, in order to avoid weekends and holidays.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Italy: : Flat rate of € 10.00 for parcels up to 20 kg.
Abroad: : Rates may vary according to the weight of the parcel and the country. Please, ask for more details.

Delivery time: products are delivered in Italy 3/4 days - in Europe in about 1 week - for other countries delivery time may vary according to the location.
You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order

 

DOCUMENTS

Where required, we can provide CITES and Phytosanitary certificates.
Cites certificate : Cost - 40 EUR - Time required: at least 30 days. A maximum of three species can be included in a certificate, with no quantity limits.
Phytosanitary certificate: Cost 10 EUR - Time required: about one week.
