Haageocereus

Cactus

This genus was named after W. Haage, a German botanist and gardener; populations of this genus are restricted to the Pacific coast of Northern Chile and Peru where they survive in one of the harshest environments on Earth, with poor soil and little if any rainfall. These plants, which can hardly be found in collections, feature cylindrical stems with erect overall growth, shrubby columns or prostrate stems. Flowers are night-blooming, but stay open during the day.

We are sorry, there are currently no plants available.
